What is your refund policy for digital services?
We provide professional, personalised digital career services, including CV writing, personal branding, LinkedIn optimisation, and career strategy. These services are tailored to each individual client and delivered through a collaborative process.Under UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase, unless you have requested that work begins immediately and acknowledged that this may waive your statutory right to cancel.If a cancellation request is made within 14 days and substantive work has not yet begun, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, less any non-recoverable administrative or payment processing fees where applicable.Once substantive work has commenced, refunds are not typically available. In these cases, our primary obligation is to deliver the agreed scope of work to a high professional standard, supported by our revision and quality-assurance process.If, after completion of the agreed scope of work and revisions, a client remains genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of the final deliverables, we encourage them to contact us in writing.
